Safety on our projects for personnel and others in and around the jobsite is critical to providing a customer a job that is ahead of schedule and under budget. Our clientele consists of heavy industrial facilities; this requires our company to be up to speed on all aspects of safety. Here at Holleman Construction Company we maintain a very stringent safety program on behalf of our dedicated employees and customers. HCCI’s superintendents know that whatever the case or cost maybe they have to go the extra mile to ensure that our jobsites are injury free and safe at all times. In our eyes there is no excuse for ignoring safety as the number 1 concern on construction jobs. HCCI has not reported any lost time injury claims in over 10 years. Our current experience modifier is .83.

Some highlights of our safety qualifications:

• ALL employees are 10 hour OSHA certified
• ALL superintendents have received a certificate of completion from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Construction Quality Management for Contractors
• ALL excavation personnel have had training on excavation/trenching and shoring as well as competent person training
• ALL forklift operators have been certified
• Several employees have CPR, confined space, fall protection, and more extensive trench safety training
